**Description**:
Great career opportunity with a popular brand of passenger & light commercial vehicles at a franchise dealership which is part of a large automotive group.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage a profitable new vehicle department with maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor and lead a sales team. and provide feedback on individual sales performance against targets and discuss CSI results and potential action plans.
- Manage stock levels and age analysis of all stock.
- Ensure accurate adherence to prescribed floor plan standards.
- Monitor all departmental sales and admin activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.
- Follow dealer and OEM processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Senior Certificate qualification
- Tertiary Qualification preferred (Sales & Marketing or relevant)
- Minimum of 3 years working experience at franchise dealership level as New Vehicle Sales Manager (currently in the industry)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Clear driver's license
