Membership Consultant

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the successful acquisition of new members for Motion Fitness Gym Worcester - through the effective achievement of specific monthly sales targets - and provide a service excellence to all current and potential members.

**Minimum Qualifications / Experience**:
(1) Matric or equivalent working experience

(2) At least 2-3 years experience in a commission based, sales environment

(3) At least 2-3 years experience working in a gym environment

**Required Skills**:
(1) PC Literacy: Microsoft Office

(2) Ability to effectively communicate and interact on all levels

(3) Exceptional sales skills

(4) Must be target / goal driven

(5) Display excellent customer service skills

(6) Enthusiastic, with high energy levels

(7) Display honesty and integrity

(8) Have an interest and basic knowledge of Gym Memberships

(9) Be fully bilingual with ability to effectively communicate and interact

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R4,000.00 - R4,200.00 per month
