Grodirect is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agents to join our fast-growing team. As a **Sales Agent**, you'll engage directly with customers through **face-to-face interactions**, providing top-tier customer service and helping clients find the best solutions for their needs. This role is perfect for individuals who are goal-driven, energetic, and passionate about personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential customers.
- Promote and sell products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

**Requirements**:
*Matric certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-drive and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Must be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
