We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Call Center Training Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of call center employees. As a Call Center Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure call center representatives are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve their performance goals.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center training or a similar role, preferably within a high-volume customer service environment.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of call center operations, customer service best practices, and effective training methodologies. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to a diverse audience. Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

Training and Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of training techniques and tools. Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery is a plus.
