**Responsibilities**:

- Point of sale: ticket sales and customer experience
- Stock take bi-weekly
- Managing workflow of staff
- Operations on floor - supervising staff ensuring a smooth running orgainsation
- Reporting bi-weekly to HR and senior management
- Resolving customer issues
- Ensuring a well maintained and cleaned facility

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Older than 21 years of age, under 30 years of age**
- **South African ID**
- **Clear criminal record**
- **1 year of supervisor experience**
- **English language: excellent communication skills both written and verbal**
- **Physically fit/ active/ sporty**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Matric certification**
**- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a supervisor position**
**- 1 Year of experience in managing/ supervising staff**

**Desired qualifications**:

- Early childcare development
- Level 1 first aid

SALARY:
3 Months probationary period with a starting hourly rate of R30.42, and incentives put in place to reach an earning capacity monthly of R45.00 an hour

**Salary**: From R30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (required)

- Fluent English (required)
