engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish,

maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You'll also identify potential

business opportunities for SNG-Grant Thornton within existing engagements and the market

Job Description:_**
**Specialized technical capabilities**:
Supports the Development and Implementation on of Cyber Risk Solutions:

- Ability to lead clients through end to-end design and delivery of targeted, holistic, and sustainable cyber security technology strategy programmes.
- Own end-to-end delivery of executive level cyber strategy programs across large and complex accounts
- Stay current on market trends and regulations, and anticipates risk / opportunities; advises client accordingly
- Leverage a strong industry knowledge to advise clients on current and potential changes in regulations, cyber threats, and other key trends

**Technical competencies**:

- Proven experience winning business, staff development, exceptional delivery, business development, continuous improvement
- Demonstrated project management skill
- Analytical skills, agility and the ability to think outside the box.
- The ability to independently run a project profitability, on time, within budget and at the expected quality.
- Consulting skills
- Experience in drafting and presenting to clients
- Good report writing skills
- Diligence, commitment and a desire to be excellent.
- Deep knowledge ability to perform:

- Manage security configurations reviews on operating systems, databases and network devices
- Managed services - cybersecurity awareness training, VAPT, MDR, SOC/SIEM
- Assist with building, hardening, and maintaining systems used for penetration testing
- Manage ERP security advisory assignments e.g. SAP
- Manage and conduct internal and external vulnerability assessment, penetration testing

- Able to deliver engagements on time and within budget
- Proven ability to make decisions and the right judgement calls
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance/coaching to junior member of the team
- Ability to inspire and enthuse others to commitment and involvement taking accountability for larger engagements
- Manages large engagement / multiple engagement deadlines holistically, identifying risks and escalating.
- Able to work under pressure
- Ownership of deliverables driving team quality and risk management.

**_ Qualifications:_**

Relevant Degree, i.e., B.Sc, BCom, or B.Eng or MSc in Computer

Science, IT, or related

**Desired qualifications**:
Advanced certifications, diplomas, professional certifications, advanced degrees in Cyber or

information security - examples include:

- CISA (Certified Information System Auditor)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional
- GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or suitable hands-on experience is required.

**_ Experience:_**
At least 3 - 5 years experience as a Cyber Security Consultant level
