An exciting opportunity is available within the Apparel Division of a diversified multinational consumer brand business. This division encompasses several renowned aspirational brands.

**Position Summary**:
To develop and execute an inventory & order plan for a portfolio of brands based on demand, lead times and available inventory. Under limited supervision, the role will recommend and define the appropriate inventory levels to optimize Sales order book fulfilment, working capital and costs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement and execute the fulfilment inventory plan.
- Identify opportunities and GAPS in the supply chain processes to influence the achievement of GTM timelines and ideal stock levels.
- Support brands in the buying process by completing a buy risk analysis for all buys (monthly and seasonal).
- Provide a recommended order that ensures customer demand fulfilment is balanced with service, delivery, and stock performance.
- Create and maintain order and planning tools.
- Review inventory and order levels to prevent potential shortages or excessive inventory.
- Analyses inventory and purchasing performance and identifies process improvements.
- Collaborate with Brand and inbound supply chain to ensure supply timelines.
- Influence and create adherence to each brand’s internal critical path (Range build to DC) to reduce risk on Demand fulfilment.
- Identify risk areas in each brand's critical path for impact on GTM dates and recommend resolution scenarios for discussion.
- Provide a rolling 6-month purchase forecast (by item / by supplier /by month) to enable visibility of the business commitments.
- Maintain master data integrity (product).
- Support brand and business with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and recommend solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy (Volume & Timing)
- Monitor and report on important changes in purchase & demand forecasts.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identifying internal and external sources of factors known to affect demand.
- Obtaining information on occurrences that could impact the fulfilment of demand like promotions and production delays.
- Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant inventory and order variances.
- Comparing actual demand forecasts against budget.

**Education & Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data analysis or other relevant commercial qualification.
- 2-4 Years experience in retail planning and other supply chain processes.

- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong analytical & planning experience with a solid understanding of financial and statistical analysis.
