**Super Skills, that you need**:

- English level - Upper Intermediate +;
- experience in Recruiting field at least 1 year;
- experience with various recruiting sources and tools;
- strong research skills;
- good understanding of IT sphere;
- ability to analyze information;
- experience with Microsoft Excel;
- excellent follow-up and follow-through skills with the ability to take the initiative;
- good time-management skills;
- punctuality, responsibility, result-oriented, communication skills, ingenuity;
- ability to work independently with min supervision, self-education;
- positive thinking, problems solving;
- energy and creativity, everybody needs them ;).
**Bonus Skills**:

- experience in HR.
