Chief Financial Officer Equity

Reporting to the Chairman you will be required to timely and accurately manage the full spectrum of a financial department's responsibilities, processes, and legal compliance in terms of all relevant applicable legislation, compile and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- BCom (Hons) plus articles OR CA (SA)
- 10 years as Financial Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Highly Computer literate - Specifically Excel as well as Word, MS Office & Outlook,
- SYSPRO experience an advantage
- Skills in both Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Working Knowledge of Financial processes, policies, procedures & systems, Legal requirements and BBBEE

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: shareholders, auditors, bankers and other professional service providers.
- Participate in strategic planning and execute strategic and operational plans
- Responsible for Insurance, banking facilities, IT systems, Tax Compliance, Payroll, Forex, Procurement
- Manage the finance department employees
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Prepare annual budget and monthly profit forecasts
- Plan and manage cashflow and working capital
- Review and approve purchase orders and expenses, authorize and release payments
- Prepare sales reports and focus on margin management
- Accurate and timely submission of deliverables
- Stakeholder feedback
