**Job Title: Educational Sales Specialist**
**Location**: Altwork Office, Century City, Cape Town
**Salary**: R17,500 base salary, rising to R22,500+ with performance-based bonuses

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Relationship Building**:

- Lead efforts to engage with schools and educational institutions to promote NXG’s educational services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at schools, colleges, and other educational establishments.
- Conduct outreach through outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets for program sign-ups.
- **Program Promotion & Enrollment**:

- Promote NXG’s educational programs, including teacher supply, in-class support, and experiential learning journeys.
- Maintain regular communication with schools to ensure continuous engagement and address any queries or concerns.
- **Consultative Sales Approach**:

- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of schools and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the onboarding process, ensuring that schools are fully informed about NXG’s offerings.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending educational events.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Coordinate marketing activities to align with engagement strategies with ongoing campaigns and objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to optimize sales and marketing strategies, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor engagement activities and conversion metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

**Key Services to Promote**:
As an Educational Sales and Engagement Specialist, you will focus on promoting NXG’s core services:

- Educational Support Programmes to schools
- **SEND Teacher Supply**: Providing schools with specialized SEND teachers.
- **In-Class Support**: Offering skilled SEND teaching assistants to support student needs.
- **SEND Learning Journeys**: Organizing experiential learning opportunities such as outdoor activities and industry visits tailored for SEND students.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, ideally within the education or training sector.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Passionate about education and educational services.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
