**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Meeting all essential duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Technician (FST)
- Responsible for the delivery of daily work excellence and high performance against established business metrics and related objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with customers, peers, cross-functional team members and leadership
- Understanding customer needs and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- BS degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer ideally in the Water Industry.
- ** Willingness and flexibility to travel long distances and lodge away from home (~ 4-6 nights a month when required to fulfill required duties)**
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
