**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Are organised and have proven casework experience in the immigration or legal fields
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Can engage professionally with high-net-worth clients and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Can multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Are process driven and can effectively prioritise your work
- Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Are structured and methodical in your approach to tasks with a high attention to detail
- Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Are a happy, quick and willing learner
- Have a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport (essential)

**Extra points if you have**:

- An applicable business or legal diploma or degree
- Previous experience in dealing with high-net-worth clients or working in a client-account or client-centric role which required 5-star customer service delivery
- Knowledge of Portugal or the Portuguese language

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound client enquiries and communication, both online and telephonically
- Analysing and validating client documentation
- Creating, managing and maintaining client records via our CRM system
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; acting as the key link between the client and the relevant legal teams, submission agents, ground support partners and government departments
- Assisting with internal due diligence procedures and adhering to POPIA, GDPR, AML and CTF regulations
- Proactive and reactive consulting
- Periodically revising and reviewing service received by third party document agents, couriers and attorneys to ensure that we are working with the best suppliers
- Formally documenting casework processes and procedures as SOPs for departmental records
- Assisting with the preparation of events, client meetings and travel when required
