Salon Assistant

The Salon Assistant / General Worker supports the smooth operation of our Salon by assisting with a variety of tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, preparing guests for services, and providing exceptional total guest experience. The salon assistant ensures that guests have a positive experience from the moment they enter the salon until they leave.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- **Education**: High school certification or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of salon services and products is an advantage, ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- **Professional Development**: Willingness to attend training sessions and improve skills.
