**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage the construction sites
- Execute project timeously and efficiently
- Manage all site administration.
- Conduct daily check on first aid and any safety kit/equipment required on site as per OHSA requirements.
- Assist the Operations Manager with tasks as and when required
- Liaise with office staff, site inspectors.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Aptitude in Excel
- Good time management
- Strong administration
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Good interpersonal relations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English & Afrikaans (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Code 8 (required)

- Day Shift (required)
