What will you do?
**1. Trainer**:
Training & Vesting of new Sales Consultants
Identify need, analyse, propose and develop appropriate solutions
Compile (create) training material & manuals for new, existing and enhancements of products, systems and business rules.
2. Quality Assessment
Monitor & evaluate calls
Compiling reports on calls evaluated
Identify and action areas of development through quality interventions
Call audits
Assist with mentoring and coaching Quality Assessors What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Teaching Diploma, Training Qualification (advantageous)
**o Short-term Qualification**: Personal lines,
- RE5 Exam,
- Underwriting knowledge
- In addition to the above, could also have RFP / CFP for LTI and or RE1
- 2-3 years Financial services experience - Call centre, customer service experience and knowledge
- Extensive experience in Training
- Teaching experience
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of Financial Services Products & Legislation of STI and or LTI
- Strong coaching and presentation skills
