As a Qualitative Executive within the digital team, you will work as the end-to-end point of contact with the research teams to support all elements of digital solutions. This includes advising on the best digital qualitative approaches, programming platforms to generate insight and ensuring that projects run smoothly.

The Digital Research Solutions Team plays a lead role in using a variety of technology platforms to support both qualitative and quantitative Account Teams to gain insights from consumers in creative ways.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Liaison
- Act as the points of contact for Research teams once a project has been commissioned
- Liaise with Research teams to ensure client objectives and technology requirements are understood and the right solution chosen
- Answer queries on platforms and offer tech support to both internal Research Teams and consumers participating in projects
- Support the Head of Digital Research Solutions in creating pitch material for each new digital tool

Project Management
- Work to understand project timings and create appropriate schedules
- Keep all teams up to date with progress and communicate any adjustments necessary
- Contribute to the design of ways of working and development of protocols to ensure efficient processes are in place

Platform Expertise
- Master all Digital Research Solutions platforms and tools (full training provided)
- Undertake regular training on new features
- Proactively seek new and interesting ways of using the tools to push the boundaries of chosen technology and get the best insight possible

Set up and Programming
- Responsibility for setting up projects using various platforms(e.g. MROCs)
- Ownership of end-to-end programming and ensuring everything is ready for launch
- Working with the Research Teams to optimise set up and programming to get the best insight from the tools
- Guidance for Research Teams on how the tools work and support in running live projects

Analysis and Reporting
- Support Research Teams with collation of outputs from platforms e.g.MROCs and live qualitative research
- Produce clip reels for projects involving video, with input from Research Teams on the content and story required
- Contribute to the interpretation and analysis of any type of unstructured or conversational data and content

**Requirements**:
**Although previous experience with qualitative online platforms is advantageous, relevant training will be provided across all digital platforms.**

- Extracting information and insight from any form of unstructured or conversational data and content

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
- Personable manner in dealing with consumers and internal research teams alike
- Tech-savviness and quick to pick up and master new software or program
