- **Completed diploma / degree in Engineering / Management or Quantity Surveying**

- **Minimum of 5-7 years technical experience and proven ability to develop professional tenders in Structural, Mechanical and Piping Projects**

- **Study of the tender documents, specifications, and drawings.**

- **Commercial adjudication of materials / equipment / subcontract quotations**
