Job Description:
Our client currently has an opportunity for a RDC Analyst to setup and manage customer databases and analyse vibration data from either online or handheld data acquisition devices and to provide asset health condition reports and support as well as develop rotating equipment performance (REP) programmes.

The successful incumbent will hold a minimum of a Vibration Analysis Level 3 certification together with industry experience in implementing condition monitoring programmes.

Position details:
Reports to: RDC/ REP Centre Manager

Primary functional objectives of the role
Manage customer vibration databases
Communicate asset health condition to customer through various available channels
Develop RDC opportunities through customer interaction and visits
Participate in customer operational review meetings
Act in the capacity of technical expert on all aspects of condition monitoring analysis and reporting

Performance management objectives of the role
Grow asset count in remote diagnostic centre (RDC)
Grow RDC awareness and value within the distribution and customer network
Support REP opportunities

Primary leadership objectives of the role
Drive online condition monitoring sales

Responsibilities for
People - Junior Application Engineers assigned to RDC
Assets - Cloud technology accessibility
Decision making - Quoting on RDC work - Managing customer expectation on asset health condition
Communication - Knowledge sharing, opportunity updates through MS Teams, SharePoint and One Drive, Cloud databases, eMaintenance7, Enlight, ProCollect

Job Qualification & Experience:
Minimum
Vibration Analysis Level 3 certification
Infrared Thermography and Analysis level 2
Oil Sampling Analysis Level 1
Industry experience in implementing condition monitoring programmes
Relevant competency and certification in vibration analysis
Competency in cloud technology,
Knowledgeable on all aspects and technology available in the field of condition monitoring

Desirable
Vibration Analysis Level 4 certification
Oil Sampling Analysis Level 2
Cloud computing experience
Machine Learning
Dashboarding
