Durban, South Africa AECOM Full time

Works under direct supervision.
- Assists with creating and modifying 3D models, renderings and/or animations for promotion and proposals.
- Office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software.
- May help to create or maintain standards, processes and goals.
- Work is closely supervised.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification required within 3 years of current version for modellers in the building environment

+ Autodesk Civil 3D Professional certification required within 3 years of current version for modellers in the building civils environment

+ Must be proficient in Navisworks Manage

+ Must be proficient in drawing/model management systems (Like BIM 360 Team, BIM 360 Docs or ProjectWise)

+ Must be versed in local industry BIM Initiatives and internationally recognised BIM initiatives, standards, protocols and mandates like BS1192 and ISO19650

+ Good knowledge of integrated architectural and engineering practice

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)

+ Must be detail-oriented, consistent and highly accurate in the work

+ Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills

**+ Must have good communications skills**: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written

+ Ability to set priorities in an efficient and timely manner to meet essential job functions.

+ Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

+ Possess a strong work ethic
