**GRILLER**

**PURPOSE**:
To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to SOP.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
- Prepare menu items according to SOP **whilst maintaining speed of service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the quality of the products you prepare, are superior and customer complaints are managed efficiently with a focus on achieving a mínimal to no negative feedback rate.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 2-year related experience required. Preferably experience working in fast food restaurants such as Mochachos, Nandos, Pedro's, Galitos Africas and Bird & Co.
- Customer Service
- Good Verbal Communication Skills
- National Senior Certificate
