Optipower a division of Murray & Roberts Power, Industrial & Water is looking for a Tender Administrator. The individual will assist in developing tenders, bids for upcoming work to ensure tenders and contract development activities are in accordance with company procedures and technical work instructions.

**Job description**
- Responsibilities:

- Ensure Bid Submissions Pack is complete and in accordance with the Client’s Tender Enquiry.
- Monitor tender search engines for possible leads (Leads 2 Business).
- Prepare Applications for Bid Bonds and Letters of Intent per proposal requirement.
- Draft Validity Letter and / or responses as per client requests.
- Maintain an orderly and professional record keeping system.
- Ensure Bid Proposals Policy and procedures are practiced and enforced.
- Update and maintain the Tender Procurement Commodity Data Base
- Prepare company Information for Pre-Qualification / Vendor Application Requests and monitor the archive of standard information.
- Submit reports as required.

**Minimum requirements**

**Qualification**:

- Matric

**Experience**
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Strong Computer literacy
