**Residential Site Plumber for New Development**:We are looking for experienced **Junior** and **Senior Plumbers** to join our team on an exciting new residential development in **Skeerpoort/Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort Dam**. You'll be part of the entire process, from groundwork to final occupation, ensuring the highest standards of plumbing throughout the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Groundwork**:Laying drainage systems, sewer connections, and stormwater management.

Installing water supply lines from the main source to the property.
- **Piping & Fixtures Installation**:Planning and installing all plumbing pipes and systems (hot, cold, and waste water).

Fitting domestic water heating systems (geysers, solar, or heat pumps).
Installing and connecting plumbing fixtures (toilets, showers, basins, bathtubs, and kitchen appliances).
- **Testing & Maintenance**:Ensuring all systems are leak-free by conducting thorough pressure tests.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues throughout the build.
Performing regular site inspections for plumbing compliance and safety.
- **Final Handover Preparation**:Ensuring all plumbing work is completed to the required standards before occupancy.

Finalizing water connections to the municipality.
Guiding clients on proper system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- **Junior Plumber**: At least 1 year of experience post-apprenticeship.
- **Senior Plumber**: Minimum of 4 years of experience post-apprenticeship.
- Strong knowledge of **SANS plumbing regulations**.
- Experience in **residential new builds**.
- Ability to work with various materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.
- Experience with **green plumbing** technologies is an advantage.
- **Driver's license** will be an added advantage.
- Must reside close to **Broederstroom**, Hartbeespoort Dam.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: Up to R9 000,00 per month
