**Responsibilities/Tasks of a Senior?project manager**

**?Project Planning & Execution**:
?Lead end-to-end project delivery for projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

?Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring clarity among stakeholders.

?Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

?Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and best practices.

**Stakeholder & Client Management**:
?Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and project priorities.

?Engage with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

?Facilitate project meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution discussions.

?Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication, keeping stakeholders informed of key milestones and risks.

?Manage and nurture the relationship between Interfront and the client, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

?Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow the client account.

?Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met, driving value for both parties

?Proactively manage client expectations and ensure continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

**Risk & Issue Management**:
?Identify, track, and mitigate project risks proactively.

?Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.

?Drive resolution of issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality.

?Ensure effective change management processes are in place to accommodate scope adjustments.

**Process Improvement & Best Practices**:
?Continuously evaluate project management processes to identify areas for improvement.

?Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and enhance project delivery.

?Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the client and project management methodologies.

**Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight**:
?Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and validation of deliverables.

?Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all feedback is addressed before final project delivery.

?Monitor compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
?Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project contracts, status reports, and lessons learned.

?Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, key risks, and strategic recommendations.

?Ensure transparency and effective communication across all project phases.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
?Degree, diploma, or matric with a relevant certification in Project Management, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

?Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.

?Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

?Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

?Experience with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

?Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

?Experience in client relationship management, account management, or similar roles.

?Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

?Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
