- SACE registration

- Master’s degree or other postgraduate qualification in content/curriculum development.

**Experience**
- Subject Head - 3 - 5 years, Instructional Coach, 3 - 5 years

**Advantageous**
- Multilingualism

**Responsibilities will include**:
**Management of Coaches**
- Co-coach with Instructional Coaches.
- Instructional training of coaches
- Human Resource management
- Leadership

**Instructional Administration and Design**
- Design templates for all components of the coaching cycle.
- Adjust common good practice to one that is appropriate for the Learning model.
- Create and monitor a system for recording of instructional coaching feedback, training and improvement based on this.
- Create and update the Learning coaching manual.
- Stay on top of the latest changes in teaching practices and classroom technology
- Demonstrate how to use these tools and methods effectively in the classroom.
- Modelling classes.
- Demonstrate the latest practices

**Instructional Coaching**
- Coach tutors and teachers at current schools according to the client’s Digital Learning Coaching cycle / manual.
- Co-coach with Schools Instructional Coaches.
- Train and Coach schools Instructional Coaches.
- Overseeing teachers’ professional development.
- Responsibility for the Teacher’s continuous growth.
- Mentoring, observing classes, and providing feedback.

**Stakeholder Management and Reporting**
- Share Coach results with School Leaders.
- Liaise with Curriculum Coordinators and Subject Specialists on best Instructional Techniques for Implementation.
- Share Instructional vision with School Leaders and Curriculum Team.
- Continuous improve instructional knowledge and vision within the client Digital Learning division.
