We have an exciting position available for a full time Showroom Manager who will be based at our upmarket showroom in Kramerville.

**Main purpose of the job**:
Builds constructive customer relationships and maintains the image and effective operations of the showroom in order to maximise the sales of fabric and homeware to achieve sales budget.

**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or Interior Décor / Design (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in a retail environment
- Minimum 2 years people management experience
- Strong interest in the décor field
- Outgoing, dynamic and driven
- Highly motivated, loyal and committed
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong admin skills

**Main duties**:

- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain showroom operations and image
- Management of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performance
- Build productive relationships with customers and industry
- Support sales consultants
- Team focus
