Job description
- Manages performance of all appointed service providers in line with the approved SLA and agreed KPI's
- Building maintenance and projects:
- Manage various projects on site in line with required legislation, standards and approved project plans
- Ensure efficient maintenance is done by maintenance technicians and recording and sign on My Buildings is actioned.
- Ensure that all related equipment and systems are in order to ensure efficiency
- Monitor and manage the utility process to maintain efficiency of utilities within the building and with tenants
**Requirements**:
- Facilities management diploma (advantage)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a facilities management role
**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
