Presales Senior Solution Specialist: S/4hana Team

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The presales S/4HANA Team Lead will coordinate and execute the S/4HANA MOVE program alongside RISE with SAP. The S/4HANA Team Lead will drive activities that assist customers to embark on their journey to S/4HANA. Guiding customers to understand “WHY” they should move, “WHAT” they should move and “HOW” they should move. In this role, The S/4HANA Team Lead will lead the presales S/4HANA core team in a supervisory capacity. They will also proactively engage with all MOVE and S/4HANA relevant teams’ and stakeholders, adopting a programmatic and execution-focused approach.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- In a supervisory capacity, lead the Presales S/4HANA core team to ensure alignment and collaboration with Sales, Services, Partners, Marketing and the wider Presales team
- Plan and execute S/4HANA Move program activities
- Report on the progress of S/4HANA Move program (pipeline, top opportunities,...)
- Drive the continuous sharing of S/4HANA Move program best practices
- Ensure feedback from the field is leveraged for continuous improvement of the Move program and tools
- Build key relationships within GCO and other board areas to ensure the S/4HANA Move engagement models are embraced
- Drive S/4HANA MOVE demand generation planning & execution together with marketing
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a team lead
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a solutions expert/architect
- Good understanding of S/4HANA
- Experience in sales and sales processes
- Experience with Implementation Methodologies and Project Management a plus
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- Bachelor degree equivalent: minimum requirement
- Post graduate studies considered a plus
- Extensive knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues
- Excellent team player
- Strong conceptual and structured work style
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
