Position Summary:
As Founding Dean, you will architect the spiritual and academic structure of a revival centred bible school dedicated to equipping students to carry God’s presence into the city and the nations.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Revival Leadership
- Define and implement a revival-driven vision aligned with the core mission of governing ministry.
- Inspire students toward Kingdom impact, city outreach, and mission mobilisation.

2. Curriculum & Equipping
- Develop courses that blend Scripture, revival theology, supernatural ministry, city transformation, and evangelistic outreach.
- Design practical labs: worship, prophetic, soul winning, call center ministry, prayer outreach; to infuse reviving presence and empower city impact.
- Equip students to be launched in spiritual warfare, evangelism, and societal influence.

3. Spiritual Formation & Discipleship
- Lead regular revival gatherings, spiritual impartation sessions, and prayer intensives.
- Mentor students in gifts of the Spirit, character maturity, and long‑term ministry endurance.

4. Faculty & Team Leadership
- Recruit revival-minded faculty, ministry leaders, and guest mentors aligned with the school’s purpose
- Cultivate a Holy Spirit infused team culture, rooted in mission and spiritual authority.

5. Student Recruitment & Deployment
- Recruit students called to revival and urban transformation, both domestically and internationally.
- Launch graduates as revivalists into cities, nations, churches, government, arts, media, and marketplace spheres.

7. Governance & Operational Oversight
- Create academic policies, assessment standards, and reporting structures.
- Oversee budgets, scholarships, ministry events, and compliance.

Qualifications:
Preferred:

- Experience in founding or scaling theological or ministry-based training programs.
- Background in urban mission, supernatural ministry, or revival theology.
- Familiarity with hybrid or online-infused learning models.
- Experience with academic accreditation, governance, or institutional development.
