**Ivanhoe Mines is a leading Canadian mining company committed to becoming a global leader in the supply of critical resources required to transition our world to a low-carbon, renewable future. Ivanhoe is focused on developing and expanding its four principal mining and exploration projects in Southern Africa. The development of the Kamoa-Kakula copper mining complex in the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC), the Platreef palladium-rhodium-platinum-nickel-copper-gold discovery in South Africa, the extensive redevelopment and upgrading of the historic Kipushi zinc-copper-germanium-silver mine, also in the Democratic Republic of Congo and exploration on the Western Foreland, near Kamoa-Kakula.**

To provide support and maintenance for all end-users for the Sage 300 People system. Assist in the analysis, testing and modifications of the system.
Execute on new implementations, integrations and optimization's to provide system support services to all the companies within the group. The duties include database management, customizations and maintenance of the different modules.

**You** will have the following**:

- BCom Degree or Diploma
- 3 - 5 Years in a Sage/Systems Administration environment with Payroll and HR system supervisory experience.
- Experience in African countries highly advantageous.
- Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous

**You will have advanced skills and knowledge in**:

- Sage People 300 experience
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR policies and procedures
- System database construction understanding
- All-round understanding of information systems

**Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to**:

- Sage 300 People implementation and system support
- Administer the Sage 300 system
- Establish and maintain relationships across functional areas to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across the business
- Adhere to reporting best practice for areas of responsibility
