Job Opportunity: Head Waiter / Front of House Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, brief, and coordinate wait staff before and during the event.
- Oversee table setups, service flow, and guest experience.
- Ensure all wait staff maintain high service standards.
- Manage communication between the kitchen, bar, and service team.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fine dining/event service (plated, buffet, canapés, beverage service).
- Ability to train and correct service staff where needed.
- Confident in wine and beverage service.
- Excellent organizational and floor management skills.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate a team.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Exceptional guest communication and people skills.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.

Details:

- Must be punctual, well-presented, and experienced in hospitality/event service.
- Uniform: black & white formal attire.
- Previous experience as a **Head Waiter, Supervisor, or FOH Manager** is essential.
