As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards in our facilities. You will design and implement training programs, conduct hands-on training sessions, and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure that our housekeeping team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. **Responsibilities**

**Training Program Development**: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials for housekeeping staff based on industry best practices, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Tailor training content to address specific needs and challenges faced by housekeeping team members.

**Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for housekeeping staff, both new hires and existing employees. Cover topics such as cleaning techniques, safety protocols, equipment operation, and customer service skills. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.

**Performance Evaluation**: Assess the performance and skill levels of housekeeping staff through observation, evaluation, and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching, guidance, and additional training as needed to address skill gaps and enhance performance.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of housekeeping services provided at our properties. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, safety regulations, and guest satisfaction metrics. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to housekeeping staff and management.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations for housekeeping staff. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing training outcomes, achievements, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement in housekeeping operations.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Training and Development, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in housekeeping operations and training, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques, cleaning products, and equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage trainees
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and service delivery
- Hotel background essential
- Own car essential
- Assessors Certificate

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
