Vacancy: Food & Beverage Manager (Hilton, Pietermaritzburg -KZN)
A coffee bar in Hilton, Pietermaritzburg - KZN is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards
- Managing daily food and beverage operations
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
