**Eduvos **is looking to employ a** Biotechnology Lecturer** at our **Midrand **campus on a permanent basis.***

**Type of appointment**:
**Permanent employment agreement**

**Purpose**:

- To lecture Applied Sciences-related modules, in the faculty on a full-time basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications required**:

- MSc Degree in Biotechnology or Biomedical sciences or equivalent qualification
- Min 4 years Industry experience

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Modules to be lectured**:

- Work Integrated Learning Lead
- Project Planning
- Biopharmaceutical Sales and Marketing
- Economics of healthcare
- Operations management for bioscience
- Laboratory Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials

- Management of At-risk students
