**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, structural and process equipment, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) software. Autotdesk Inventor / Solidworks
- Must have experience in working within the mining equipment field especially crushers, screening, conveyors and related equipment.
- Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
- Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess.
- Produce fabrication and shop drawings, as well as bill of materials and item lists.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and to improve on existing designs thorough optimization.
- Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to the materials.
- Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
- 3D model new mechanical, structural, civil, and piping models.
- Draw up general arrangement plant layouts for tender purposes
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality). Correct archiving of drawings, revisions, naming, transmitting etc.
- Communicate directly with engineers and clients regarding designs and changes.
