**ROLE**:
As a forward-thinking and ambitious company, we recognize the power of visual storytelling and the impact it has on our brand and audience engagement. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Design & Video Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our visual content strategy to new heights.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing captivating videos, designing eye-catching graphics for social media ads, and creating various visual assets that align with our brand identity. Your exceptional video editing skills, artistic flair, and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in delivering compelling content that captivates our target audience.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing projects related to digital design, video marketing, and social media management, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to bring projects to successful fruition.

**RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role)**:

- **Video Creation**:Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos that effectively communicate our brand message and drive audience engagement.
- **Graphic Design**:Develop visually striking graphics for social media ads, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and effectively convey our value proposition.
- **Content Creation**: Generate a diverse range of visual assets, including infographics, illustrations, and banners, to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**:Post and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand representation.
- **Project Management**:Manage content calendar, digital design, and video marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are produced on time.

**REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies)**:

- **Proven experience** in video production, video editing, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- **Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software **(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- **Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends**, with the ability to create content optimized for each channel.
- **Experience creating and managing content** calendars, and social media posting tools e.g Hootsuite, Loomly, SocialPilot
- **Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail**, ensuring all visuals adhere to our brand standards.
- **Strong project management skills**, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Ability and desire to embrace ways to integrate A.I **into your workflows and to assist you in your role
- **Proven ability to think critically**, creatively and to solve problems related to your role and the results you are responsible for.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience and value
- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis by the 5th of the month, for the previous pay-period
