Looking for an exciting warehousing opportunity? Come join an **FMCG** production facility in the **Western Cape** as a **Store Controller**
In the role of Store Controller, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the efficient administration and storage of received consumables and finished goods. Collaboration with Telesales and Production teams will be vital as you manage orders and closely monitor stock availability.
You’ll be responsible for the effective handling of returns and TCMs and meticulously record movements of Chep equipment. Taking charge of the issuance of consumables and finished goods, you’ll contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Generating and processing invoices for orders will be a key aspect of your role, requiring a keen eye for accuracy.
As the overseer of the picking team, you’ll ensure that the team operates seamlessly. During peak periods, your assistance on loading docks will be valuable in maintaining efficient workflow. Ensuring the highest standards of store hygiene, housekeeping, and safety will be a continuous responsibility in this role.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent, and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG environment We’re also looking for someone who is MS Office literate (Sage X3 experience advantageous).
