**Software Technical Lead in JHB**

Agency: Full-Service

Permanent: Full-Time

Office Based: On-Site

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain high team morale.
- Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system.
- Overseeing software quality and system modification.
- Establishing project specifications and technical direction.
- Write clear, modular, and maintainable code using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

As a **leader**, you will supervise team members, delegate tasks, issue feedback, evaluate risks, and resolve conflicts.

As an **architect**, you will perform technical assessments, oversee development lifecycles, direct release management, and adhere to federal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful software projects.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure).
