**What We Expect From Our Android Developer**:

- **Application Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- **Code Maintenance**:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- **User Interface Design**:

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and attractive user interfaces.
- Implement responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across different devices.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner.
- **Documentation**:

- Document code and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- **Collaboration**:

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience as a native Android developer.
