Applicant must have a prior working knowledge and or qualification in the industry and be up to date on all rules and regulations.

You’ll be responsible for organizing, overseeing and participating in the manufacturing of Dietary Supplements. Quality, cost, inventory, and performance must be managed to ensure the optimum output of goods at the highest quality and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and industries rules and regulations. (HPA, FSSC, OHSAS, QMS)

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Monitor ALL (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging) Inventories
- Update Inventories on Excel sheets/Sage
- Consolidate Inventories data Excel sheets and physical count
- Forecasting/Projection
- Replenish Inventories as needed by ordering new batches, managing the process and then organizing the transport of new batches
- Sourcing for new Suppliers/Manufacturers for Finished Products, Samples and Packaging
- Review new and existing SOPs if requested by QC
- Review new or existing labels
- Prepare Batch Records books for each lot
- Participating and ensuring QC is in line with HPA, FSSC, OHSAS rules and regulations.
- Reception and inspection of Raw Materials at the warehouse
- Organize Production meetings for a smooth production process between all the departments (Marketing, Sales and QC)
- Prepare Purchase Orders, track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain shipping records (tracking numbers etc. )
- Review and audit sales orders for billing accuracy
- QC on labelling and finalizing of dietary supplement.
- Ensuring all equipment is sterilized and cleaned according to company policy during and in between manufacturing of products.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working knowledge in nutraceutical product manufacturing.
- Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office and sage is required
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Able to work alone
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date on all current HPA, FSSC and OHSAS rules and regulations and ability to implement and incorporate into company SOPs.
- Able to meet deadlines work under pressure.
- Own transportation.
- Willing to work long hours and during weekends.
- Previous working knowledge of lab equipment is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
