Warehouse Clerk and will ensure smooth production operation, client satisfaction through quality supply of products and monitoring the daily running of the production department.

**Tasks related to this position include but are not limited to**:

- Guarantee the Products and Quantities needed for the correct supply to customers, considering the delivery time of each and every supplier and the forecasted sales;
- Prepares Customer Orders attending to productivity, quality and aesthetics criteria;
- Guarantees Traceability of Products and batch numbers(lots) used for orders by means of written warehouse registers and ERP system;
- Keep records of Goods Received and Products Delivered as well submit periodic reports on processes and incidents and evaluate weekly reports from, driver, quality control, dispatching and receiving foremen:

- Guarantee the Correct use of Codes and Labelling of all products;
- Receive Purchased Goods, checking that they are awarding to invoice or delivery notes,
- Keep all Products in the Warehouse Properly Arranged according to type, product and batch(lot) while managing and controlling the state of materials and packaging through weekly assessments and repackaging or disposing of damaged material
- Prepare reports from the system regarding physical count and Production according to General Manager needs, as well as on a monthly period.
- Adhere to strict FIFO regulations for batching of raw materials and products while assisting in the Recovery of Obsolete Materials;
- Make and/or Coordinate the Monthly/Yearly inventory;
- Keep Record of any Wasted Material, quantity and reason on paper and the system as well;
- Make Periodic Activities Report;
- Aim to Fulfil the Targets proposed by General Manager (order preparation time, minimize total Stock)
- Training new warehouse employees as all as assisting in the training of other department employee
- Check that received quantity are matching physically before the receiving team loads it onto the system Verify that the correct material and quantity was received in the system,
- Check & Plan batching for production with batching foreman,
- Prepare and execute physical count duties checking that we have enough stock to produce and supply,
- Oversee the driver scope and the production team staff and daily operations, being on the ground and checking what’s happening on hourly intervals
- Administer human resources related tasks for warehouse staff, including disciplinary action.
- Housekeeping, making sure that all is in order as per the evaluation/template, this includes conducting daily walkabouts, inside and outside,

**Qualifications and competencies required**

National Diploma in Logistics or related

Warehousing experience

Computer literate (Microsoft Package)
