Procurement Buyer “signage Industry”

**Location**:Brackenfell - Western Cape
We are looking to hire a highly skilled and organized Procurement Buyer from the signage industry to join our growing company. In this position, you will manage the company's supply of products, materials and/or services. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary to strategize with team members to cut procurement expenses.
**DUTIES**
Research selects and purchases quality products and materials
Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
Process requisitions and update management status of orders.
Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
Determine the lowest cost for products/materials
**SKILLS**
2-5 years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing
Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience in BBBEE procurement management.
An understanding of purchase order software platforms e.g. Chase system and ERP
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in a procurement, business, finance, or a related field
Knowledge and understanding of the framework, tools, and techniques necessary for the
professional practices of procurement.
**Professional certifications are advantageous.**
Pay: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
