Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the FP&A team and report to Director of Corporate Finance.
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting/forecasting process for Games Global
- Collaborate closely with leaders across the Finance function to maximize the financial and strategic strength of the Group

- Drive improvements in operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
- Provide financial decision support (budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, headcount reporting, identification of cost drivers) to ensure optimal achievement of targets
- Brief and influence senior executives at Games Global on financial performance
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and provide critical business insights to the Group's leadership team
- Provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
- Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries

Qualifications:

- MBA, Accounting and other finance professional certificates (such as CFA) preferred

Experience and Skills:

- 5 years of experience in FP&A plus 3 years management experience
- Exceptional financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear and concise insights
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
- Exceptional organizational and relationship building skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of iGaming and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
