**Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator**

Our client, based in Morningside, Durban is looking for an Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator that will be responsible for receiving of all the related documentation for import containers; generating of clearing instructions; updating and

tracking of vessel information and containers. Weekly cold store planning. Costing schedules and checking of transporter invoices. Basic capturing of order and stock information.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be computer literate.
- Between 3 to 5 years appropriate work experience, must have worked in an administration role, and be able to demonstrate the ability to follow a process through to completion.
- Must have the appropriate maturity expected in their trading environment.
- Must have minimum matric exemption.
- Shipping/logistics experience is an advantage.
- Must be able to work in a small professional office and be a team player.
- Somebody that is going to be stable and fit into a busy professional office environment.
- Must be able to think outside the box and be pro-active.
- Willing to learn and do multiple tasks in the business process.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Must be willing to help in other departments on an Ad hoc basis and be time flexible when required.
