**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. Manage the logistics performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards of several GAP (Autonomous Production Groups). Authorized to stop the production line
- Ensure the customer delivery.
Feed sequencer and monitor it
Supervise preparation and the loading of finished products in trucks
Follow up shipments, alert in case of failure, implement customer MPM follow up and contribute to reduce it (Misdeliveries Per Million)
Invoicing of finished goods to customer on computerized system
- Ensure supplies of production lines.
Ensure the cleanness and tidiness of stocking areas
Ensure production lines feeding (small train)
Supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM
Manage warning system in picking zone.
- Drive logistics basics implementation (booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management).
- Monitor visual management system : deploy visual FIFO (First In First Out) and install physical alert systems.
- Organise resources (people, machines).
- Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups).
- Look for productivity gains.
- Manage, train and coach logistics operators team.
- Maintain FES system
**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
- Education : Diploma/degree/master’s in Industrial Engineering/ Supply chain qualification.
- Knowledge and experience:
- 3 + years experience as a supervisor/ Gap leader
- Knowledge of KANBAN / FIFO and related logistics systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to manage and motivate team
- Own transport and valid drivers license
- Languages: Ability to speak, write and read the English language;
