Registration Support Centre Agents

**Vega** is an educational brand of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa, and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE).
- Registration Support Centre Agents

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing online/telephonic support for student registration
- Ad hoc admin/registration assistance
- Assisting with student registration in the registration room
- Calling students for retention purposes
- Collection and uploading of documents after academic counselling (PPD and APD)

**Competencies Required**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
- Superior organisational and administrative skills
- Best suited to a service-oriented person

**Minimum Education Requirements**:

- Matric or Certificate
- Diploma will is advantageous

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:

- 0-1 year work experience
- Experience in Administration, Sales, Finance and Customer Relations will be preferable

**Please note that this will be a fixed-term contract from **December 2024 to March 2025.** Application Instructions**:
