- Analysing and documenting business requirements - BRS and BRR

- Data Architecture
- Testing of BI solution
- UAT
- Functional testing
- SIT
- Support of BI solution
- Problem and incident resolution
- Operational Investigations
- Technical Assistance
- Advanced Business Intelligence Skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Data analysis
- Responsible for the data aspects of the data warehouse (conceptual and logical models of the data warehouse and subsequent data marts / cubes).
- Perform source system data analysis and data mapping as needed to perform data integration
- Participate in design workshops, providing technical insight and knowledge.
- Investigate, analyse, document and correct reported defects (Ad-Hoc investigations and queries)
- Required: Relational DB: Oracle/MS SQL, Postgres etc. Virtualisation tools: Cognos, Qlik, etc.
- Desired: Experience in Contact Centre Systems Technologies
- Desired: Cloud Computing, Agile/Scrum
- 3 -5 years’ experience
