**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT industry.
- Background in Banking industry.
- 4 years of experience in API specification and design, Postman, Jira and Confluence, Agile, UML and MS Video.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering solutions to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
