**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of field sales process implementiation, managing the Administrators nationally and other support functions within the Field Sales Division.
- Work with Finance, HR and Sales Management on Sales Incentive Programs and do compensation planning in order to increase Sales productivity.
- Provide recommednations on strategic objectives and performance metrics.
- Esnure customer complaints are dealt with timelessly and effectively resolved.
- Provide support to the treade through effective communication, problem solving and specialised advise.
- Identify and eliminate Sales bottlemecks and inconsistencies.
- Devlop and standerise business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales training and assist with onboarding new talent.
- Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones.
- Ongoing development of analysis and reporting tools.
- Assist with Territory Planning.
- Generate management reports to keep all functions informed of cusotmer related issues.
- Embark on a continuous learning drive to stay abreast with best practise in FMCG industry.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Sales or equivalent
- Relevant Sales Courses
- Minimum 5 years in Sales Administration / Back Office Support experience within the FMCG environment
- 3 years team management experience
- Thorough outlet, competitor and consumer classifcation knowledge
- Knowledge of all relevant systems functionalities including MS Office, IVY, SAP etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong planning, organising and delegation skills
- Own reliable vehicle with a valid drivers licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month
