Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

- Collecting and delivering goods on behalf of Heineken Beverages.
- Transporting employees upon instruction from Security & Risk Controller (IOD Centre, external training interventions etc.).
- Maintaining good internal and external customer relations.
- Active participation in Mini-Business activities (Mission Directed Work Teams).
- Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.
- Assist with housekeeping, gardening and maintenance functions around the site as and when requested.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity (transporting people and or goods).
- Grade 12 Matric cerificate
- An unendorsed and valid driving licence (Code EB).
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- A valid Code C1 driving licence.
- A clean driving record.
- Own or reliable transport to and from work.
- Ability to cope with the inherent physical demands of the position.
- Willingness to work shifts and extended hours (occasionally weekends) when required.
- Reliable and flexible team player with sober habits.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods.
- Familiarity with GPS devices.
