Vacancy: Receptionist

Velocity Gym located in Hilton, KZN (just outside Pietemaritzburg) is looking for a Receptionist to join their team

Duties include but not limited to:

- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the gym
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Monitoring clients attendance
- Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keeping calendars up to date
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties
- Assisting with daily communication to sales and admin departments
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- 1 - 2 years experience within a similar role
- Own vehicle
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Administration skills
- Computer skills - understanding of Microsoft office /Word/Excel
